3. How We Use Your Information
We process your personal information strictly for legitimate insurance brokerage and client service purposes:
- To prepare accurate quotations and policy comparisons across our panel of local and international underwriters.
- To send immediate email confirmation that your inquiry or subscription has reached our advisory desk.
- To bind insurance cover, issue Policy Debit Notes, process renewals, and assist with claims settlement.

4. Disclosure to Underwriting Partners
As an independent insurance agency representing multiple insurance companies throughout Kenya and internationally (including Bupa, Cigna, Aetna, Jubilee Insurance, Old Mutual, Britam, AAR, APA, GA, Heritage, ICEA LION, CIC, Madison, Prudential, Pioneer, and Kenindia), we share only the necessary risk details required by underwriting partners to generate official quotations or issue your selected policy. We never sell or rent your personal data to third-party marketers.
5. Data Security & Retention
We implement strict technical and organizational security controls—including encrypted session storage, Laravel Sanctum access controls, Image CAPTCHA verification on public contact forms, and role-restricted staff access—to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Policy and quotation records are retained only for the duration required by Kenyan insurance and tax laws.
